A Protected Designation of Origin, Beacon Fell Traditional Lancashire is the Rolls Royce of Lancashire cheeses. Made to a traditional 2 or 3 day mixed curd recipe, the cheese is aged between 2 and 6 months of age to produce a magical soft-bodied texture and a complex but creamy flavour.
